Canfield Fair Senior Pictures

Late summer is always such a wonderful, yet bittersweet, time of the year. With warm weather and sunshine, it's a great time to enjoy those last days with your friends before school is back in, go camping, take a vacation, and of course- we ALL look forward to the Canfield Fair! Sarah has a true love for the Canfield Fair, so we used this as a unique backdrop for her senior pictures- and we were so glad we did!

We started with some fall photos by the sunflower field where we had gorgeous sun behind us.

These pretty late summer blooms were the perfect compliment to Sarah's mustard sweater!

We took a quick walk through the cornfield to add a more autumn vibe (who doesn't love getting two seasons of looks at once?!). I love the addition of her scarf to these!

Next, we were off to the fair! We were on a mission to capture the bright, beautiful colors, and to showcase all of Sarah's favorites of the Canfield Fair.

We started with a game of balloon pop....

...where of course she won this cute little seal!

We found a fan that was placed in the most convenient place for this wind-blown shot.

The Ferris Wheel was probably one of my favorites for so many reasons. I loved being able to showcase Sarah, while getting a great view of the fair below- the bright colors, the lights- amazing! Not to mention, we were so lucky to get this yellow bucket to contrast with her dress!

*Full disclosure- I do not like the Ferris Wheel. It took a lot of mental preparation to get me up here. When it comes to serving my clients, there is literally nothing I wouldn't do! With camera in hand, it was a totally different experience. Thank you, Sarah, for making me conquer my fears!

When we were back on the ground, we had to make a few more stops before wrapping up the shoot. Since it was starting to get dark, all the lights were on to really make it fun!

I think a lot of us get really excited for fair food. We spend so much time watching what we eat- but come fair time, it's sugar, deep friend, and more sugar! I love these super fun shots of Sarah with her cotton candy!
